    Dr. Marcus Gatto is a Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to preventative sports injury therapy, athletic rehabilitation therapy, and sports performance training.

  • Dr. Kyle is a licensed chiropractor with additional training as a Neurofunctional Acupuncture provider. He first completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Guelph in Biomedical Science. Dr. Kyle received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the highly acclaimed Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. His comprehensive treatments focus on improving biomechanical dysfunction of the muscles, joints, and nervous system.

    Dr. Kyle uses a number of chiropractic techniques including spinal manipulative therapy, myofascial release technique, and joint mobilization. He focuses on establishing balance and symmetry to the muscular system to improve strength and athletic performance. With previous experience as a personal trainer and sports medical therapist, he supplements his hands-on care with therapeutic exercise to restore the body’s optimal function.

    Xsenia takes a functional approach to care with hands-on therapy and movement based treatment being the primary focus.

    Xsenia incorporates Neurokinetic Therapy® among other functional assessment tools in order to best identify the root of the problem. Through a series of resequencing poor motor patterns, paired with exercise prescription, she is able to formulate a client specific treatment plan to most effectively help her clients meet their goals.

    Xsenia is a graduate of the University of Manitoba – Bachelors of Medical Rehabilitation Physiotherapy and is committed to continuing education to keep up to date with the latest assessment and treatment techniques in order to provide the best quality of care for her clients.

    She has experience treating multiple orthopaedic conditions, sports related injuries, pre & post-operative conditions, and neurological disorders. Having treated people of all ages and walks of life, she enjoys working with athletes, and in particular, loves working with lifters.

    Sarah was born and raised in Guelph and graduated with honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. During her time at Guelph she worked as a student athletic therapist with the men’s varsity soccer team and volunteered her time with Kids Ability. Following her degree, Sarah became a certified Kinesiologist before attaining her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University. Sarah developed a passion for physiotherapy while being treated for numerous injuries sustained while training for half marathons, playing soccer and field hockey.

    Sarah is currently working on completing her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy. She has also completed certifications in acupuncture and dry needling. She has worked with people of all age groups and athletic abilities and has treated various types of injuries including sports related injuries, post-operative, neuromuscular and overuse workplace injuries. Her inspiration as a physiotherapist is the desire to discover the biomechanical, anatomical and physiological reasoning behind a person’s pain and most importantly, to improve her patient’s quality of life.

    Heather Lapos Stiles is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her treatments, having graduated with honours with S.I in Sports Therapy from CCMH. Heather is registered with the CMTO and active member of the RMTAO.

    Accompanying Heathers RMT designation she has the following training and certifications:

    • Diploma in Acupuncture from CAT (CAc), certified in scalp & auricular needling, laser treatments, prenatal, and cupping. Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certification, McMaster University.

    • Botanicals & Homeopathics Studies, British Institute of Homeopathy, Nutrition & Supplementation

    • Personal Training Certification ICS. PTS Can Fit Pro.

    • Sports tapping and lymphatic drainage tapping Certification from Sutherland Chan

    • Aromatherapy, Hot Stone & Thai yoga massage

    Heather has a 500 hour anatomical yoga instructor certification, currently continuing studies

    Craig Earley has been a registered Massage therapist for over 15 years. He graduated from the Canadian college of massage and hydrotherapy in 2007 with a specialization in sports massage. Craig is a member in good standing with the College of massage Therapists of Ontario and an active member of the registered Massage Therapists association.

    Over the years Craig has continued his studies to maximize his treatment results. He has continued his studies in:

    • Exercise Rehabilitation

    In his free time Craig continues to participate and coach competitive volleyball, volunteer abroad, as well as hike and kite surf.
