Registered Physiotherapist
Carla is a dedicated physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario, committed to helping clients move with confidence and achieve their health and fitness goals. With a strong background in sports injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, and women’s health, Carla takes a personalized approach to treatment, empowering individuals to feel their best.
She earned her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2016 after completing an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University, where she gained hands-on experience as an athletic trainer for the women’s lacrosse team.
Carla is passionate about ongoing education and skill development. In 2022, she achieved her Fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) after completing advanced manual therapy exams—placing her among the top practitioners in the field.
Beyond sports and orthopedics, Carla has a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy, providing expert care for conditions like pelvic pain, incontinence, and prolapse. Through specialized pelvic physiotherapy treatments, she helps women regain strength, function, and confidence in their bodies.

Sarah Croft is a dedicated physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario passionate about helping clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain confidence in movement. Born and raised in Guelph, she developed a love for physiotherapy through her own experiences recovering from sports-related injuries sustained while training for half marathons and playing soccer and field hockey.
Sarah earned her Honours degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, where she worked as a student athletic therapist for the men’s varsity soccer team and volunteered with KidsAbility. She then became a Certified Kinesiologist before obtaining her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University.
Sarah specializes in sports injury rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and neuromuscular conditions. She is currently completing her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and holds certifications in acupuncture and dry needling, allowing her to provide a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to treatment.
With experience treating clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds, Sarah is dedicated to identifying the biomechanical, anatomical, and physiological causes of pain to create personalized treatment plans that improve mobility and enhance quality of life.

Xsenia is a highly skilled physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario specializing in hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and functional assessment techniques. Registered Massage Therapist
With over 17 years of experience, Rachel takes an assessment-based approach to Massage Therapy, specializing in biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. She holds an Honours degree in Movement Science from the University of Windsor, where she was a five-year varsity athlete on the Women’s Soccer team. Her passion for human movement and recovery led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.
Rachel earned her Massage Therapy Diploma in 2008 from the Canadian Therapeutic College and has been CMTO-registered throughout her career. She further expanded her expertise with an additional year in Sport Injury Therapy, focusing on injury assessment, rehabilitative exercise prescription, and advanced treatment techniques like taping and bracing.
At Pursuit Athletic Centre, Rachel designs personalized treatment plans that prioritize both short-term relief and long-term performance. Her deep understanding of movement mechanics and sports therapy makes her a key resource for athletes and active individuals looking to recover, strengthen, and perform at their best. Chiropractor
Dr. Dianne Priamo has been a part of the Pursuit Athletic Centre family since 2017, beginning as a student athlete, then becoming a member of the Pursuit Training Team in 2020, and finally joining the clinic staff in 2025 as a chiropractor!
Educational Background
Dr. Priamo earned her Honours degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, graduating in 2021. Throughout her four year degree, Dr. Priamo volunteered over 1000 hours as a strength and conditioning intern at the Gryphon Performance Centre where she coached an array of varsity athletics teams. In her third year, she also began working with the varsity men’s basketball team as a student athletic therapist.
Dr. Priamo then went on to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, where she acquired her Doctor of Chiropractic degree — an extensive, evidence-based four-year program which combines human biological sciences and clinical education.
During her fourth year of chiropractic studies, Dr. Priamo also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. Through this course, she learned a neurofunctional approach to acupuncture, which focuses on addressing pain through deficits in mobility and strength.

Ashley brings a unique blend of athletic performance expertise, integrative medicine training, and hands-on clinical care to Pursuit Athletic Centre. With a background as a national-level track and field athlete and 2x All-American at Northern Arizona University, she pairs elite athletic experience with extensive knowledge in exercise science, injury recovery, and holistic wellness.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with additional studies in Chemistry and Psychology, Ashley competed professionally as a runner for three years before transitioning into healthcare. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and has completed her Naturopathic Medical degree, preparing to write licensing board exams to become a Naturopathic Doctor in 2025. Her approach integrates evidence-based science, manual therapy, and whole-body healing, supporting clients through injury rehabilitation, sports performance optimization, and sustainable wellness practices.
